Thoughts that came to me about "climbing up the mountain" and what we might be getting wrong about that metaphor...as it intersects with "astrology" and/or "karma" and/or "hard work" and/or "determination" and/or "capricorn" since people want to just assume they know everything about a person based on internet articles about their "sun sign"
the first mountain you (I/we) climbed was underground. From the core of the earth, up through undersea volcanoes, through tectonic plates, until you (I/we) set foot on earth's land.
the next mountain you (I/we) climb is here on the physical earth, scaling it to the peak, never abandoning this terrain.
until the third mountain, and I'm not there yet.
