[neptunecrystal]

be in the body
be with the energy of nature
take care to soar gently,
and enjoy the vistas,
and weather the storms,
and recalibrate your wings.
believe, believe, believe
and just keep going
keep going, keep going, keep going
you will get through
we will get through
there is pain, there is grief
there is hurt, there is injustice
there is powerlessness, there is fear
I breathe, I breathe, I breathe,
I cry, I weep, I mourn,
and persist.
